The simple answer is... Everything is connected. So, more than likely, YES. These 3 things can be related. And YES again. There are patterns each of us have used to get things accomplished our entire lives. Muscles adapt around these patterns. Once we identify the patterns and how the muscles have adapted... We can easily take the steps to build NEW patterns that don't include pain!
Great question! And quite a bit actually! See pain comes from many sources. Our senses take in information from the environment in and around us every millisecond of our lives. The brain interprets the information to achieve a balance in our bodies. When anything is 'not quite right' it is perceived the same way by the brain. Inflammation. So structural alignment issues compounded by anxiety, fear, tension, etc... Or foods that are inflammatory in nature to individual chemistry; These can ALL be contributors to the back pain intensity experienced. That's why it's critical to have a holistic, or WHOLE VIEW, of the situation. We are MORE than our structural issues or pain. And to really SOLVE problems from the ROOT CAUSE takes vision beyond one aspect of pain.
